Bookkeeping

Single truck pricing. Additional trucks at discounted rate.

Invoice Submission

$10 per invoice
Includes:

Collecting/load paperwork (BOL, rate con, lumper receipts)
Generating invoice
Submitting complete invoice package to customer or factoring company
Confirmation follow-up or corrections if needed

Flat Monthly Pricing

$200/month per truck

All of the above, plus:
Unlimited number of invoice submissions
Basic bookkeeping integration
Digital document storage or organization

IFTA Reporting

$130 per truck, per quarter
This includes:

Mileage and fuel entry or data upload
Tax rate calculation for all jurisdictions
IFTA form preparation and/or filing

Flat Montly Pricing

Includes IFTA and IRP tracking

$40/month per truck

Premium data entry service is extra. (Manual receipt and jurisdiction processing.)

Full Service Flat Monthly Package

$600/month
