I’m Aja Brown, founder of ASH in Gear, and I’m not just another admin service trying to cash in on the trucking industry—I’ve been in the driver’s seat. As a former owner-operator, I understand the long days, the sacrifices, and the nonstop demands it takes to keep those wheels turning. I stepped away from the road, but my respect for the drivers who keep our country moving has only grown.
